CNC milling and vertical machining centers
A vertical machining center mills, drills and taps with rotating tools while the workpiece is clamped to the table, with an automatic tool changer. It suits block-shaped parts, plates and molds.

How to choose
- Mold work: put rigidity, a high-speed spindle and strong contouring control first.
- High-volume parts with many holes: a BT30 drill-tap center changes tools fast and usually gives a shorter cycle.
- Several faces to machine: add a 4th axis before considering a 5-axis machine.
- Hard steel and heavy cuts: choose BT50 or a box-way machine.
- Plan fixtures and clamping when you request the quote.

Delivery, installation and warranty
New machines usually take about 1.5 to 5 months to build, depending on model and configuration. Installation, training and warranty service are provided by the builder or its dealer in Vietnam; the exact terms are stated in each quote. For many models a test cut with your own part can be arranged, so mention it in your request.
