Can I see a test cut before buying?
For many models a test cut with your own part can be arranged at the builder or at a dealer showroom. Mention it in your quote request.
Who installs and services the machine in Vietnam?
Installation, training and warranty service are provided by the builder or its dealer in Vietnam. The exact warranty terms are stated in each quote.
Do you help with used machines?
We can advise on used machines. Note that used machines imported into Vietnam are generally limited to 10 years of age; see our used-machine checklist for what to inspect.
