Automation for CNC machines
Automating loading and unloading keeps machines running, lets one operator tend several machines and makes quality more consistent between shifts. The three common options are a bar feeder, a gantry loader and a robot cell.

How to choose
- Bar up to the spindle bore: a bar feeder is the simplest and cheapest automation.
- High-volume chuck parts with few changeovers: a gantry loader is fast and compact.
- Many part types, frequent changeovers or added gauging and air blow: a robot cell is more flexible.
- Confirm the process is stable (chip control, tool life) before automating.
- Use the payback tool to compare against your current labour cost.

Delivery, installation and warranty
New machines usually take about 1.5 to 5 months to build, depending on model and configuration. Installation, training and warranty service are provided by the builder or its dealer in Vietnam; the exact terms are stated in each quote. For many models a test cut with your own part can be arranged, so mention it in your request.
